How exciting can a ride report about Glory Hole be? But Dave , John P., and I did go. The weather and trails were near perfect. There was nobody else around. We covered all the trails at least once and the Tower Climb and Carson Creek loops a couple of times. We stirred up a nice size herd of 6 to 8 deer on the second outer loop of Carson Creek. That was a hightlight for me. I really like spotting animals in the wild. Glory Hole is one of those trails that(at least for me) puts the F-U-N back in mountain bikin'. China Camp is another spot that puts a stupid grin on my face all day. Not that all our other rides aren't fun. I guess zipping along on buffed singletrack tends to be my favorite stress reducer.The ice cold adult beverages at the end of the ride made it the best ride ever.
