I've been looking into it and if we can get a minimum order of 10, we can get custom jerseys for around $50-$60 each.  Maybe less.  It would take a few months, they'd have to be designed and proofs approved, etc etc, and once the final order was submitted it'd take another 6-8 weeks for delivery, but it something we could do if we could get enough people to commit.

some thing probablly a little retro, can't do wool but I have some gear made by the company and it is very nice stuff....  If I can get a min of 10 SS jerseys they I can get singles of other stuff.
 
The company will send out a fit kit so you can figure out exactly what size you need and they do all the way up to a 4X.

I want the red to be a more earthy red, when I converted my file to a .jpg it made the red look bright red.  Imagine it a more earth red hills inspired red.
 
I'm still looking at color ideas..  but the basic bar through the chest with "The Trogs" is what I want.
Also, the the left sleeve says "Trog Trails to tough for carbon fiber"
 
I was thinking of having a list of "Trog Territory, Pinecrest, Red Hills, Bear Valley, etc" on the right sleeve but I don't know if that is too cheesy or not.

I had too tough and then took off the 2nd o.  I'm still just playing with ideas for the jersey...  small changes.  I haven't contacted the jersey company yet and won't until I talk to some people who don't read the forums.  If we can get 10 orders we can get it done.  If we get close I might just buy a few extras...  there is always someone who later on decides they want a jersey.
 
The stuff I'm drawing up are just sketches to get an idea.  The jersey company would provide final proofs that would be approved before anything is made up.
